Introducers Arrangements

A large proportion of our clients are initially referred to us by existing satisfied clients (see Testimonials) or by other professional advisers such as solicitors, accountants, estate agents and property managers, architects and others involved in the construction industry, and other independent financial advisers.

Rowlands & Hames recognise such ‘introductions’ and where requested we will negotiate introducers’ fees.

If such introductions are ‘by way of business’ i.e. provide an additional business income to the introducer, we can arrange the appropriate registration with the FCA for either pure ‘introducers’ where it is a simple referral or introduction or fully ‘appointed representatives’ where advice may be provided to the client by the appointed representative themselves. Some organisations are exempted from such registration such as accountants and solicitors.
